Upgrading or Downgrading Your Plan

Upgrade

Choose a higher plan (e.g., Starter → Growth). You'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current period; the new plan starts immediately.

Downgrade

Select a lower plan. The change applies at the end of your current billing period. You keep current features until then.

Mid-cycle

Proration applies on upgrade. On downgrade, no refund; access continues until the period ends.
