Welcome to AICompliant. By accessing or using our platform at aicompliant.ai (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Definitions

“AICompliant,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to AICompliant Inc. “You” or “User” refers to any individual or entity using the Service. “Organization” refers to the company or entity registered on the platform.

2. Service Description

AICompliant provides AI-powered compliance documentation, risk assessment, and regulatory monitoring tools. Our platform generates compliance documents, tracks regulatory requirements, and provides guidance to help organizations meet their AI governance obligations.

Important: AICompliant is a compliance assistance tool. Documents and assessments generated by the platform are for informational purposes and do not constitute legal advice. You should consult qualified legal counsel before relying on any output for regulatory submissions.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

AICompliant offers multiple subscription tiers (Growth, Starter, Professional, Enterprise) with varying features and usage limits. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing page or Stripe portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days’ advance notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (c) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service; (d) use the Service to generate fraudulent compliance documentation; (e) resell or redistribute the Service without written permission; (f) exceed your plan’s usage limits through automated means.

6. Intellectual Property

AICompliant retains all rights to the platform, its software, branding, and proprietary methodologies. Documents generated through the Service are owned by you, the User, for your organizational use. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you input into the platform. We process your data only as necessary to deliver the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated documents will satisfy specific regulatory requirements in your jurisdiction.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AICOMPLIANT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AICompliant, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data within 30 days of termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
